Due to the changes implemented by the Government this week for COVID-19 there have been some changes in my services.
Due to the closure of schools and nurseries for the foreseeable future, my work hours will be changing to 7pm – 10pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, you will be able to still contact me however I will not be answering these message until I start work. If your message is urgent please mark it urgent and I will get in touch.
Until the Government officially announces that the disease is under control the following will be happening.
- My payment terms will be increasing from 2 weeks after invoice to 4 weeks after invoice.
- Existing clients will have the option to change their payments to one of my payment plans to help spread the costs.
As my working hours have changed, I will no longer be able to offer a short turn around service (projects required with a week or less deadline). If you are struggling to find a designer please let me know and I can help you find a designer that meets your needs!
